摘要
目的:检测与分析研究医科达Compact加速器9号防护铅块一侧松动后,法规GB9706.5泄露X辐射。方法:根据国家标准"GB9706.5-2008医用电气设备第2部分:能量为1MeV至50MeV电子直线加速器安全专用要求"进行测试分析。结果:此次屏蔽铅块松动事故的发生,所导致泄露辐射值满足法规GB9706.5的限值要求。结论:医科达Compact加速器9号防护铅块一侧松动后,患者平面外的泄露X辐射水平满足国家法规标准要求,没有导致辐射安全事故。
Objective:verify if the NO. 9 lead dropping problem will impact the machine leakage protection requirement or not.Methods: According "GB 9706.5-2008 Medical electrical ecluipment-Part2-i:particular requirements for the safety of electron accelerators in the range 1MeV to 50 MeV" standard to test and analyze this case.Results: In this case, the absorbed dose due to leakage radiation don't exceed requirement which fitted by GB 9706.5 standard.Conclusion: The lead moving would be not affect the radiation leakage standard requirement, and this case isn't a radiation safety accident.
