银川市某体检人群高尿酸血症与代谢综合征的相关性分析 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨银川市某体检人群高尿酸血症与代谢综合征各组分之间的关联性。方法回顾性收集2013年全年在宁夏银川市某体检机构进行健康体检的6951名受检者资料,包括一般人口学资料,体格检查及生化检测资料。计量资料两组间比较用t检验;计数资料用χ2检验;多因素非条件Logistic回归分析高尿酸血症的危险因素。结果高尿酸血症组(HUA)1730人,血尿酸水平正常组(NUA)5221人;HUA组与NUA组之间与代谢综合征相关的各项指标比较差异均有显著性(P均<0.05),HUA组代谢综合征各组分的检出率均高于NUA组;不同代谢综合征组分组的血尿酸水平及高尿酸血症患病率不同,从0个组分到4个组分,血尿酸水平逐渐升高,依次为(304.73±74.81)、(348.87±79.01)、(378.31±76.73)、(393.18±79.26)和(402.81±89.23)μmol·L-1,高尿酸血症患病率相应升高,依次为10.8%、22.2%、32.4%、37.0%、43.8%;单因素分析显示,代谢综合征的所有组分都是影响高尿酸血症的危险因素(均OR>1);多因素分析显示,血脂紊乱是影响高尿酸血症的主要因素,其次为肥胖/超重,最后为高血压,其OR值依次为2.046、1.681、1.331。结论高尿酸血症与代谢综合征之间关系紧密;代谢综合征组分中血脂紊乱、肥胖/超重、高血压是该体检人群高尿酸血症的危险因素。 Objective To investigate the association between hyperuricemia and metabolic syndrome components among health examination population in Yinchuan. Methods A total of 6951 subjects were collected from a physical examination institution in 2013,including general demographic data,physical examination and biochemical test data. Students' test was used to test the comparison between the two groups of measurement data while the 2 test was chosen to test enumeration data. The multivariate unconditional logistic regression was used to analyze the risk factors of hyperuricemia. Results The number of patients with high uric acid(HUA)was1730,and subjects with the normal level of serum uric acid(NUA)was 5221. The differences of the metabolic syndrome components between the HUA group and the NUA group were significant(P〈0.05). The positive rate of each component in HUA group was significantly higher than that in NUA group. The serum uric acid level and hyperuricemia prevalence rate were different among different metabolic syndrome components group. From component 0 to component 4,a gradually increased blood uric acid level could be found. They were(304.73±74.81),(348.87±79.01),(378.31±76.73),(393.18±79.26)and(402.81±89.23)μmol·L-1,accordingly,the prevalence rate of hyperuricemia was 10.8%,22.2%,32.4%,37.0% and 43.8%,respectively. The univariate analysis showed that all components of the metabolic syndrome were risk factors ofr hyperuricemia(P〈0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that dyslipidemia was the main factor influencing hyperuricemia,followed by obesity/overweight,and hypertension,the OR values were 2.046,1.681,1.331. Conclusion The relationship between hyperuricemia and metabolic syndrome is signficantly. The dyslipidemia,obesity/overweight and hypertension are the risk factors of hyperuricemia in this population.
