摘要
为了量化分析改变货物重心高、运输速度、转弯半径等因素对超载运输安全的影响,在归纳总结前人影响超载运输安全的因素的基础上,建立超载运输过程中车辆的道路可靠性和安全性仿真模型。通过采集、分析并计算各类型情况下运输的安全性指标,定量计算车辆滑移、车辆侧翻、货物位移、货物滚动等因素在安全运输过程中的影响程度,实例仿真结果表明,重心从1.5m升高到2m时,事故发生概率约增加40%;当货物超载较大时,车辆滑移概率约增加50%。
Based on previous studies, vehicle-road reliability and safety simulationmodel is established to quantitatively analyze the influence of overload transportation safety factors, such as the gravitational center height of goods, transport speed, turning radius, on overload transportation safety. Then, overload transportation safety index under different conditions were determined by data collection and analysis, to quantitatively characterize the safety influence degree of vehicle slip, vehicle rollover, goods displacement, goods rolling factors in safety transportation process. Finally, the simulation results showed that, as the gravitational center height of goods was increased from 1.5 meters to 2 meters, accident probability would increase by approximately 40%; however, overloaded cargo may lead to an increase of vehicle slip probability by about 50%.
