浅析标准文献传递服务过程中的版权保护

本文系统研究了国内外版权立法对标准版权保护的适用性,分析归纳了国外标准化机构和我国的标准版权保护政策。在此基础上,结合标准文献传递服务特点与环境,提出推进标准版权保护工作的建议和远景。

This article systematically studies the applicability of copyright legislation at home and abroad to copyright protection of standards, analyzes the copyright policy in both of foreign and Chinese standardization organizations. On this basis, the article puts forward suggestions and prospects on copyright protection proposal of standards with the consideration of the features and environment of standard literature delivery.
