哈尔滨万达城是万达集团首个规划设计的文化旅游城项目,规划设计的主旨,从单一的打造城市中心黄金商业地段,转为塑造多元产业带动的文化旅游宜居城市新区,其规划选址、功能布局、特色营造和市场运营方面,都较单一的商业地产项目有全方位的提升与转变。在近五年的建设实施过程中,哈尔滨万达城的规划设计工作也随着市场需求的变化、文化产业的升级进行了多次修改完善,为后续的万达城项目提供了经典的参考经验。
As the first cultural tourism project ever planned by Wanda Group, Harbin Wanda City boasts the comprehensive enhancements in all aspects, not only in site seTection, functional layout, but also in the feature creation and the market operations, compared to its commercial real estate projects.
