浙江中部地区城乡新社区集聚背景下人居环境重构的设计策略研究

文章从目前全国新型城镇化发展进程的区域性产业集聚特征分布考虑,选择了极具代表性的、且对城乡传统人居环境冲击相对比较剧烈的浙江省中部发达地区城乡新社区集聚区建设作为主要研究对象。从城乡人居环境学视角出发,通过浙江省义乌市新社区各镇街新社区集聚区的各类别集聚建设项目的调研、策划、设计和施工等的全建设周期的参与实践,分步骤完成各阶段实施过程中的"动态人居环境信息处理及反馈设计模块数据库"的建设,为国内现阶段针对沿海省份产业发达地区大规模城乡集聚战略推行和与之对应的新社区人居环境建设保障,提供更详实的具有社会学意义的城乡建筑规划学设计基础。

This article starts to oversee the features and effects of regional industrial agglomeration distribution under the national level new urban development process today, and choose the typical but the most challenged to the traditional human settlement district^he very well economic developed middle part of Zhejiang Province, as the research target. With the perspective from the discipline of urban and rural human settlement, through a serials of architecture design and construction projects for Zhejiang Yiwu New Community Industrial and Residential Agglomeration in different towns and streets, we star[ed to finish all the phrases step by step towards building up the Data-based Modular Design Strategies for the Dynamic Information Processing System regarding Human Settlement. This particular design system will be extremely effective to provide the profound significance for the urban and rural architecture planning research foundation during national industrial/residential agglomeration strategies of the welt-developed district on the east coast of China and their residential agglomeration process accordingly.
