随着"十三五"规划提出全面建设社会主义新农村的目标,乡村地区由于其重要的传统文化底蕴和自然资源价值而越发受到关注。苏南地区自古为中国农耕文明重要的发展地区,此地农村面广璧大,城市与农村二元差距突出,农村居民对当地人居环境提出改善需求。通过实地调研苏州东山镇杨湾古村现状,了解典型古村落聚居现状,发现地域环境特色下存在的问题,有助于队传统乡村发展提出适应性指标。
