激发街区活力视角下的历史文化街区渐进式更新研究——以扬州市湾子街历史街区为例

Progressive Renovation Of Historical And Cultural Blocks Under The Perspective Of Dynamic Excitation——A Case Study Of Wanzijie Historic Precinct In Yangzhou

历史文化街区保存着较多的历史建筑和历史遗存,对彰显城市文化与魅力具有重要作用。但由于历史街区发展步伐往往落后于现代城市发展进程,逐渐陷入区域活力丧失的困境。文章以扬州市湾子街历史文化街区为例,通过对湾子街现状的调研,分析总结街区活力缺失的主要原因。针对历史建筑残破、道路通行度低、公共空间匮乏等问题,提出以激发街区活力为目标的渐进式更新策略。

Historical and cultural blocks preserves many historical relics and cultural connotation, and play an important rote in highlighting the city culture. Because of the historical district renewal development lags far behind the modern city development process, these blocks gradually demonstrate the plight of vitality loss. Taking Wanzi Street in Yangzhou as an example, this paper analyzes and summarizes the main reasons for the lack of vitality through the investigation of the status of Wanzi Street. Aiming at such problems as the damage of historic buildings, the low accessibility of road traffic and the lack of public space, a small-scale and progressive updating strategy is proposed to stimulate the vitality of the blocks.
