摘要 介绍了柔性显示器件的机械标准试验方法国际标准的研制进展,并通过弯折试验对附着在柔性衬底上的TFT器件的金属导线进行了力学可靠性研究。研究表明,金属导线的力学可靠性具有明显的尺寸依赖性和形状依赖性,通过有限元仿真对同样的材料进行测试,最终趋于结果一致,有效地验证了弯折测试标准的合理性。 The development of international standards of flexible display device mechanical test method was introduced The mechanical reliability of metal lines was investigated by bending test. As shown in the test results, the reliability of metal line is strongly determined by the size and shape of the line design. The simulation for the same material also confirmed that the result was in agreement. It was found that the bending test method was reasonable
