文化效益冲突的意义及效果——兼论文化价值与文化效益的关系

On the Significance and Effects of Cultural Impact Conflict: Also on the Relationship between Cultural Value and Cultural Impacts

文化(产业)效益问题是当代中国文化界的重要议题之一,但相关研究很不充分。以"文化价值"为前提,文化艺术有文化、伦理、政治和经济等多方面效益,不同效益各有逻辑且相互之间并不和谐,它们的矛盾与冲突既有消极作用也有积极意义。当代文化总的趋势是经济效益、政治效益挤压文化效益和伦理效益。在理想的意义上,文化发展必须追求不同效益的平衡与和谐,使文化内在于生活整体,服务于人与社会的完善。鉴于目前文化和文化产业的发展现状,我们特别需要强调文化价值这一核心及其效益在诸效益中的前提性和基础性的地位,同时也推动经济、政治、社会等不同效益的分别实现。

The impact of culture ~ndustries） are one of the most important subjects in contemporary Chinese cultural circle, but related research is very inadequate. Based on the premise of cultural value, cultural art has impacts in many aspects such as culture, ethics, politics and economics; different impacts have their own logic and are not harmonious with each other, and the contradiction and conflict between them not only play the negative role but also have the positive significance. The general trend of contemporary culture lies in that economic and political impacts squeeze cultural and ethical impacts. In the ideal sense, culture development must pursue the balance and harmony of different impacts, so that the culture lies in the whole life, serving for the improvement of human and society. In view of current development situation of culture and the cultural industry, we especially need to emphasize cultural value as the core and the positions of its impact as the premise and basis, and also promote the realization of economic, political and social impacts respectively.
