摘要
将郊区道路两侧一定距离内的人口密度值作为城市化水平判定道路沿线城市化水平的标准,划分出未城市化、半城市化、城市化、高度城市化等4档水平,并给出了相应的人口密度阙值区间,提出道路所需实际承担的道路功能分别对应为公路、近期公路远期城市道路、城市道路等3种。提出了整合道路规划定位和实际功能的道路性质判定步骤,以及设计标准择高取用、最小合理长度、道路性质基本连续等整合原则。提出了公路与城市道路功能叠加时的横断面、平面等设计方法,并结合上海近郊区嘉定新城道路进行了实例研究。
Based on the population density value in a certain distance on both sides of the rural road, the urbanization level is divided into non-urbanization, half-urbanization, urbanization, and highurbanization, and in terms of the rural road actual function 3 types are classified as highway, highway and urban road, as well as urban road, and in the meantime the population density value is put forward. The steps to integrate the road planning properties and the actual function are proposed. The road properties should be continuous and greater than the minimum reasonable length, and the design standard should meet the higher speed requirement. The design method of cross section and plane alignment are proposed when the highway and the urban road function should be superimposed. Case study is conducted based on the highways in Jiading new city of Shanghai.
