无机自补偿压浆材料冲刷性能试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 引入自膨胀补偿收缩理论对压浆材料进行改良,推荐无机自补偿压浆材料适宜配合比,在对大量试验数据统计分析基础上,总结动水冲刷作用下不同养护龄期无机自补偿压浆材料的强度水蚀率、质量损失率及体积收缩率三大性能指标的变化规律,然后分配动态权重系数综合计算上述指标,提出压浆材料冲刷系数指标。试验结果表明当冲刷次数较少(20 000次以内)时,宜选用7d的无机自补偿压浆材料作为板底脱空填补材料;当冲刷次数较多(20 000次以上)时,宜选用28d的无机自补偿压浆材料作为板底脱空填补材料。 The mud-grouting materials are improved by using the shrinkage-compensating theory,and then the suitable mix proportion of inorganic mud-grouting materials is recommended.Based on the statistical analysis of a large number of test data,the change regularities of the grouting material's three indexes including strength erosion rate,quality loss rate and volume contraction rate are summarized under different curing age and dynamic water scouring,then the three indexes are calculated by using dynamic weight coefficient,and the scour coefficient index of grouting material is put forward.The results show that 7 dinorganic self-compensation grouting materials is recommended as filling material of slab when scouring action times is less(less than 20000),28 dinorganic self-compensation grouting materials is recommended as filling material of slab when scouring action times is more(more than 20000).
