摘要 在线油液监测表征机器异常磨损状态信息是设备故障诊断技术的核心和瓶颈。针对中海油深圳分公司西江302海上钻井平台目前存在的油液离线检测方式不能及时反映润滑状态等问题,对海上钻井平台5台发动机组开展油液在线实时监测。介绍在线监测系统平台的组成和在线监测的实施方案。针对实时监测出现的油液中大磨粒超标故障报警,结合离线铁谱分析证实监测结果的准确性。 It is the core and bottleneck of equipment fault diagnosis technology by using the online oil monitoring to characterize the abnormal wear state information of machines.Aimed at the existing problems that the offline lubricating oil monitoring method is unable to reflect promptly the lubrication oil condition in an offshore drilling platform, the online oil monitoring was carried out on 5 engines of the offshore drilling platform.The constitution of online monitoring system plat- form and implement plan were introduced.Aimed at the fault alarm that the amount of large grains exceeds the standard by real-time monitoring in the oil,through the offline ferrography analysis,the accuracy of monitoring results is verified.
