Improving Design of Locomotive Operation Safety Management Information System

通过收集机车运用安全管理信息系统在机务段运用情况的问题,依据《机车操作规程》规定,分析机车乘务员一次乘务作业过程的安全风险点及卡控措施。从修复系统设置漏洞及完善系统功能两个方面出发,制定了该系统改进的可行性方案。

Through collecting the issues of locomotive operation safety management information system used by locomotive depot, on the basis of the ＂locomotive operation rules＂, it analyzes the safety risk points and control measures of one a process of work by the train driver .From two aspects of repairing system vulnerabilities and perfect the system function , it established the feasible scheme to improve the system.
