摘要
悬浮密度法是测量陶瓷气孔率最常用的方法,该法利用密度天平测量样品的干重、悬重和湿重,通过计算得到样品的气孔率值。然而,该方法只能直接获得样品的开口气孔率,要求取样品的真气孔率则需预先知道材料的真密度值。本文介绍了一种基于SEM二次电子形貌衬度原理测量陶瓷真气孔率的"PS比色法",利用该法对三组陶瓷样品的真气孔率进行测量,并将测量结果与悬浮密度法测量结果进行比较,发现前者的结果略小于后者。但采用PS比色法测量陶瓷真密度无需预先知道材料的真密度且较为直观,因而具有较强的实用性。
Suspension density method is the most commonly used method for measuring ceramic porosity. The dry weight, suspension weight and wet weight of the samples were measured by density balance, and the porosity values of the samples were calculated. However, the method can only obtain the open porosity of the sample directly. If it is required to obtain the true porosity of the sample, it is necessary to know the true density of the material in advance. This paper introduces a "PS colorimetric method" for measuring the porosity of ceramics based on SEM secondary electromorphic principle. The true porosity of the three sets of ceramic samples was measured by this method, and the measurement results were compared with the results of the suspension density method. The results showed that the former values were slightly smaller than the latter. However, PS colorimetric method is not necessary to know the true density of the material and to be more intuitive, so it has strong practicability.
