摘要 本研究旨在建立一种使用同位素稀释-气相色谱质谱(ID-GC/MS)法测定人血清中尿酸的参考方法,并完成冰冻人血清中尿酸标准物质的研制。对该标准物质进行了定值、均匀性检验和稳定性检验。研究结果表明,冰冻人血清中尿酸标准物质的定值结果为(223.6±5.8)μmol/L,(419.8±9.2)μmol/L,(753.8±21.1)μmol/L,均匀性和稳定性检验结果均符合国家二级标准物质的要求。 This study attempted to develop a reference method for the measurement of uric acid in frozen serum by isotope dilution gas chromatography mass spectrometry (ID- GC/MS) and develop the standard materials. The uniformity, stability test and certified value were studied. The results proved that the certified values of the reference material of uric acid in frozen serum were (223.6 ± 5.8) μmol/L (419.8 ± 9.2) μ mol/L, and (753.8 ± 21.1) μ mol/L. The uniformity and stability of the reference material of uric acid in frozen serum met the requirements of the standard reference material.
