摘要
结合华能上安电厂超临界直接空冷机组夏季背压高、真空严密性差、空冷风机单元不能全部在线高效冲洗等问题,进行空冷尖峰凝汽器强化冷却系统改造、空冷岛微正压检漏、空冷岛冲洗自动改造及主变压器上方风机翅片加装冲洗水导流装置改造,介绍改造的工作原理及实施方法,分析实施的效果和经济效益,说明改造对机组提高真空严密性,降低机组背压效果明显,节能安全效益显著。
Aiming at the the problems of high back pressure in summer,poor vacuum tightness,and air cooling fan unit not all online high efficient washing and other issues of supercritical direct air cooling unit in Huaneng Power Plant,the reformation of the peak condenser cooling,the micro positive pressure leak detection,the automatic cleaning of the air cooling fin and the installation of the washing water guiding device above of the main transformer are introduced.This paper introduces the working principle and implementation method of transformation,analyzes the effect of the implementation and the economic benefits,and illustrates that the improvement of the vacuum tightness of the unit is improved,and the effect of reducing the back pressure of the unit is obvious,energy saving and safety benefit.
