为提高电力通信网络在遭受自然灾害和突发事件时的可靠性和稳定性,提出建设电力通信网络容灾系统,结合保定地区通信网络现状,分析容灾系统建设的必要性和可行性,介绍保定地区容灾系统建设的具体方案,以及构建系统容灾模式的关键技术问题,为后期通信网络容灾系统建设提供理论依据。

For improving the electric power communication network in the reliability and stability of the natural disasters and emergency,disaster recover system construction of electric power communication network is proposed,together with the present situation of Baoding area communication network,analysis the necessity and feasibility of the disaster system construction,introduces the concrete scheme of construction of disaster recovery system in Baoding area,and the key technical problems of building disaster recovery system model,and provide a theoretical bisis for the late for the construction of communication netwok disaster tolerance system.
