2型糖尿病个体化治疗及综合管理:基于病例的学习

Case-based Learning about Individualized Treatment and Integrated Management of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

糖尿病是常见的慢性非传染性疾病,全科医生应具备符合指南的标准化诊治及结合患者自身特征的个体化治疗和综合管理能力。基于病例的学习是全科医生成长的重要途径。本文以1例具有代表性的初发2型糖尿病患者为基础,结合2型糖尿病防治指南,进行综合分析和讨论,以期拓宽全科思维,提高临床诊疗水平。

Diabetes is a common chronic non-communicable disease. General practitioners（ GPs） should be equipped with the capabilities of standardized diagnosis and treatment that correspond to guidelines and they can provide personalized treatment and integrated management services based on the patient＇ s own conditions. Case-based learning is an important way for improving the capabilities of GPs. We comprehensively investigated the personalized treatment and integrated management for type 2 diabetes mellitus on the grounds of a representative newly-diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus case as well as the guidelines for the prevention and treatment of the disease with a view to improving the capabilities of clinical diagnosis and treatment of GPs by broadening their ways of thinking.
