摘要
通过对德国升船机工作原理、运行维护管理与内河航运管理体制的考察研究 ,对三峡工程升船机的建设。
Based on the investigation study of the work principle, operation and maintenance management and inland river navigation management system of German shiplift, some suggestions on the construction and management of the Three-Gorges Project shiplift and standardized management of Changjiang navigation are put forward.
