摘要
结合工程中一大型换热器吊耳设置,阐述在换热器设计中除做好换热器本体的设计外,还应选择吊耳最优化的设计方案,确保大型设备吊装安全。经证明该吊耳设计方案,也可以运用到大型塔器设计上,可降低塔器成本。
Combining with the installation of lifting lugs for a large heat exchanger,this paper expounds that in addition to the good design of the main body of heat exchanger in the design of heat exchanger,the optimized design plan for lifting lugs should also be chosen to ensure the safety of large equipment hoisting.Through confirmation,this design plan for lifting lugs can be applied to the design of large heavy tower as well and reduce the cost for towers.
