磁力泵在柴油加氢精制装置的应用及故障分析

APPLICATION AND FAULT ANALYSIS OF MAGNETIC PUMP IN DIESEL HYDROTREATING UNIT

简要介绍了中国石化济南分公司160万t/a柴油加氢精制装置基本情况及生产工艺特点,论述了磁力离心泵的结构、基本原理及优、缺点,并针对磁力泵在济南分公司柴油加氢精制装置自2011年开工以来现场应用中出现的如:泵体振动大、出口压力不稳、隔离套泄漏、轴承失效等问题进行分析总结,结合柴油加氢装置工艺特性,找出了故障原因,在日常操作、使用维护等方面采取了相应的措施,取得了明显效果,确保了装置长周期安全运行。

This paper briefly introduces the basic situation and production process characteristics of the 1.60 Mt/a diesel hydrotreating unit in Sinopec Jinan Company.It discusses the basic principles and structure characteristics of magnetic centrifugal pump and its advantages and disadvantages.Since the start-up of the magnetic pump in the diesel hydrotreating unit in 2011,many problems occurred during the on-site application period including large vibration of pump body,instability of outlet pressure,spacer sleeve leakage and bearing failure and so on.This paper analyzes these problems and makes a summary.Combining with the technological characteristics of diesel hydrotreating unit,the reasons for the fault are found out.Corresponding measures are taken for daily operation and maintenance.And obvious results are achieved,which ensures the safe and long-term operation of the unit.
