摘要
文章运用计算流体力学(CFD)数值模拟技术,对一种可用于丁基橡胶的特殊形式聚合反应器结构的有效性进行了计算,并在简单介绍结构的基础上利用Ansys有限元软件对反应器的强度进行了计算验证,最后得出可行性结论。
This paper adopts the computational fluid dynamics(CFD)numerical simulation technique to calculate the structure effectiveness of a special polymerization reactor used in the production of butyl rubber.And then based on the simple introduction to the structure,ANSYS finite element software is applied to calculate and verify the reactor strength.Finally,the paper obtains the feasibility conclusion.
