大型虾米腰弯头的尺寸控制研究

RESEARCH ON THE SIZE CONTROL OF LARGE SHRIMP WAIST ELBOW

传统的虾米腰弯头制造主要集中小直径、小角度、小跨度和薄壁的范围内或者直接使用整体管制弯头。而对于大直径、大角度、大跨度以及厚壁的大型虾米腰弯头制造却很少涉及,且由于尺寸规格超限,无法使用整体直管弯制。相对传统虾米腰弯头,大型虾米腰弯头在制造过程的尺寸控制难度较大。文章通过对大型虾米腰弯头在下料尺寸、组焊尺寸、热处理变形等制造过程的有效控制,使得大型虾米腰弯头的现场安装一次组装成功,达到了设计要求及使用要求。

The manufacturing of traditional shrimp waist elbow mainly concentrates on elbows with small diameter,small angle,small span and thin plate or using integral pipe elbow directly.The manufacturing of large shrimp waist elbows with large diameter,large angle,and large span and thick plate is rarely involved.Besides,size specifications are beyond the limit,so integral pipe elbows cannot be made.Compared to the traditional shrimp waist elbows,it is difficult to control the size of large shrimp waist elbows in the manufacturing process.Through effective control of manufacturing process of large shrimp waist elbow in cutting size,welding size and heat treatment deformation,the on-site installation of large shrimp waist elbow was assembled successfully at the first try and met the design and operational requirements.
