空分装置冷箱低温管道“钢-铝”连接方式探讨

摘要 为满足"装置连续无故障运行四年"的要求,中国石油天然气股份有限公司独山子石化分公司针对6000空分(A套)装置冷箱的前期运行情况,进行大修,提出了采取减少或消除冷箱内可能存在的泄露点的适当措施。同时为了该套装置运行中的节能降耗,尽可能提高冷箱运行安全可靠性,结合不锈钢和铝合金低温管道连接方式的实际应用情况,对比总结了几种"钢-铝"连接的方式,并根据空分冷箱内管道"常温安装,低温运行"的特点,提出了优化空分冷箱维护、检修的方案。 In order to meet the requirement of'continuous trouble-free operation for four years',PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical Company had the cold box of the 6000Nm3/h air separation(A set)plant overhauled based on the operation of the plant at the early stage.Proper measures are put forward to reduce or eliminate the possible leakage points in the cold box.Meanwhile,combining with the practical application of stainless steel and aluminum alloy cryogenic pipe connection methods,this paper compares and summarizes several'steel and aluminum'connection methods in order to save energy and reduce consumption during the operation of the plant and improve the safety and reliability of the cold box in the operation process.Then according to the characteristics of the'room temperature installation and low temperature operation'of the pipelines in the cold box of the air separation plant,the paper presents maintenance and overhaul plan for the optimization of the cold box of the air separation plant.
