炼油加热炉用新型陶瓷空气预热器结构优化模拟研究 被引量:3

摘要 低温露点腐蚀已成为降低排烟温度、提高加热炉热效率的主要障碍,炼油企业现有的空气预热器在露点温度以下运行很快就会失效,无法进一步回收烟气余热。选取具有高强度、耐腐蚀性能强的莫来石陶瓷作为耐低温露点腐蚀空气预热器的材料,利用CFX模拟软件对陶瓷空气预热器的结构进行优化计算,深入分析方孔尺寸对陶瓷空气预热器阻力、传热特性的影响。模拟结果表明,烟气侧方孔尺寸为15mm,空气侧方孔尺寸为12.5mm的陶瓷空气预热器结构性能最佳。 Low temperature dew point corrosion has become the main obstacle to lower the temperature of exhaust gas and increase the heat efficiency of heating furnace.The existing air pre-heater in oil refining enterprises will soon be ineffective if the preheater operates below dew point temperature and the waste heat of flue gas can't be recovered further.Mullite ceramic with high strength and strong corrosion resistance is selected to be the materials for air pre-heater of low temperature resistance and dew point corrosion.The CFX simulation software is used to optimize the calculation of the structure of the air pre-heater and make in-depth analysis on the influence of the square-hole size on the resistance and heat transfer characteristics of the ceramic air preheater.The simulation results show that the ceramic air pre-heater with a size of 15 mm for its flue gas lateral square-hole and 12.5 mm for air lateral square-hole has the best performance.
