摘要 针对油田离心泵注水能耗高、效率低的特点,以推进节能减排、绿色低碳、能效倍增战略为契机,联合研发了高压大排量往复泵替代离心注水泵,克服了传统柱塞泵不能同时实现大排量、高注水压力的难题,实现了技术突破,成功研发应用了新型节能往复式注水设备,并进行现场试点应用,节能、降耗、提效效果显著,具有良好的现实意义。 According to the characteristics of high energy consumption and low efficiency of water injection from the centrifugal pump at the oilfield,promoting energy-saving and emission reduction,green and low-carbon,energy efficiency boosting strategy is taken as an opportunity for joint technology research and development of high pressure large displacement reciprocating pump replacing centrifugal pump.This achieved a technological breakthrough,solving the problem of traditional piston pump which can't inject water with high pressure and large displacement.New energy-saving reciprocating injection equipment is developed successfully and on-site pilot application is conducted with remarkable effects in energy saving,consumption reduction and efficiency boosting.Itisofgood practical significance.
