地方院校旅游管理专业课程体系改革——基于在线旅游的背景

Curriculum Reform of Tourism Management Major in Local Universities——Under the Background of Online Travel

互联网技术与旅游产业的融合带动在线旅游快速兴起,对地方高校旅游人才培养提出新的要求。论文以安顺学院为例,分析旅游管理专业现有的课程体系存在文理课程比重不合理、实践环节不足、创新课程少、专业师资匮乏、实习单位单一等问题,毕业生难以满足在线旅游新需求。因此,地方院校应将"互联网+"理念融入培养方案,加快课程体系改革,实现应用型复合人才的培养目标。

The integration of Internet technology and tourism industry has been driving the rapid rise of the online travel, it brings up new requirement for the tourism talent training in universities. With Anshun University as an example, this paper analyses the issues of tourism management curriculum system, such as, unreasonable proportion of liberal art and science, lack of practice, less innovation courses, shortage of teacher. The graduates can＇t meet the requirements of online travel. So, the ＂Internet＋＂ idea should in- tegrate into the training plan and accelerate the course system reform in local university, in order to a- chieve the training goal of applied and inter--disciplinary talents.
