氧化应激相关因子及肿瘤坏死因子与寻常型银屑病疾病活动的相关性研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的分析氧化应激相关因子、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)TNF-α与寻常型银屑病疾病活动的相关性。方法选择2014年7月~2015年6月深圳市龙岗区第二人民医院就诊的46例寻常型银屑病患者,根据银屑病面积和严重程度指数(PASI)分为轻中度组(29例)、重度组(17例),另选取30例正常人群作对照研究(健康对照组)。检测血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)水平、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、TNF-α、骨桥蛋白(OPN)表达水平。结果轻中度组、重度组患者血清T-AOC、SOD、GSH-Px水平均明显低于健康对照组,血清CAT水平明显高于健康对照组(P<0.01),重度组血清T-AOC、SOD、GSH-Px水平明显低于轻中度组,血清CAT水平明显高于轻中度组(P<0.01,P<0.05);轻中度组、重度组患者血清TNF-α、OPN水平均明显高于健康对照组(P<0.01),重度组患者血清TNF-α、OPN水平明显高于轻中度组(P<0.01,P<0.05);PASI分级与T-AOC、SOD、GSH-Px成负相关(P<0.05);与CAT、TNF-α、OPN成正相关(P<0.05)。结论机体氧化应激水平、炎性反应与寻常型银屑病疾病活动严重程度密切相关,血清T-AOC、SOD、CAT、GSH-Px、TNF-α、OPN可作为评估寻常银屑病疾病严重程度与预防的参考指标。 Objective To investigate the correlation between oxidative stress related factors,tumor necrosis factor (TNF) and and disease activity of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods From July 2014 to June 2015,46 cases with psoriasis vulgaris treated in the Second People's Hospital of Longgang District in Shenzhen City were selected and according to the psoriasis area and severity index (PASI),the patients were divided into the mild to moderate group (29 cases) and severe group (17 cases),the other 30 cases of normal controls (healthy control group).Serum total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) level,superoxide dismutase (SOD),catalase (CAT),glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px),tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α), osteopontin (OPN) expression level were detected.Results Serum T-AOC,SOD and GSH-Px level in the mild to moderate group and severe group were significantly lower than the healthy control group,the serum CAT level was significantly higher than that of the control group (P〈0.01),serum T-AOC,SOD,GSH-Px in the severe group was significantly lower than that of the mild to moderate group,the serum CAT level was significantly higher than that of the mild to moderate group (P〈0.01,P〈0.05).TNF-α and OPN level in the mild to moderate group and severe group were significantly higher than those in healthy control group (P〈0.01),serum TNF-α and OPN level in the severe group were higher than those in the mild to moderate group (P〈0.01,P〈0.05).PASI grading was negatively correlated with T-AOC,SOD,GSH-Px classification (P〈0.05);and was positively correlated with CAT, TNF-α,OPN (P〈0.05).Conclusion The oxidative stress level and inflammatory reaction are closely related to the severity of psoriasis vulgaris,and serum T-AOC,SOD,CAT, GSH-Px, TNF-α,OPN can be used as a reference index to evaluate the disease severity and prevention of psoriasis vulgaris.
