护理专业应届毕业生开展养老护理员培训及其就业情况调查分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的了解护理专业应届毕业生开展养老护理员培训的效果及其就业情况,为后续培训及就业指导提供依据。方法选取2013年5月~2015年5月我院校参加养老护理员培训并取得养老护理员资质的92名护理专业应届毕业为研究对象,通过发放调查问卷及电话随访收集培训相关信息及就业情况,整合分析影响因素。结果多数护理专业毕业生(97.8%)自愿参加养老护理员培训,但就业意愿与实际就业结果存在差距,47名(51.1%)就业于三级医院,其余就业于三级以下医疗机构,无人就业于专业养老机构。影响择业因素排名依次为薪资水平、职业发展前景、工作强度、社会地位、专业对口等。结论在护理专业应届毕业中开展养老护理员培训广受欢迎,而取得养老护理员资质的毕业生未将专业养老机构就业列为首选,培训者应注意筛选参加培训人员及培训方式,政府及用人单位亦应制定相应举措引导就业。 Objective To understand the training effect of nursing staff providing for the aged developed in fresh graduate with nursing specialty and employment state to provide a reference for the further training and employment guidance.Methods A total of 92 fresh graduate with nursing specialty attended to the training on nursing staff providing for the aged in our school and obtained the quality of nursing staff from May 2013 to May 2015 were selected as objects. Questionnaires and telephone follow-up were used to collect the training related information and employment.The influence factors were analyzed integrally.Results Most of graduates (97.8%) attended to the training on nursing staff providing for the aged in their own will.However,their expectation of employ turned to be different from their real employment. 47 cases (51.1%) of them worked in the third-class hospital and others worked in medical institutions under grade three. No one worked in a professional pension institution.The factors influencing students' job hunting rank as follows:salary level,career development prospects,work intensity,social status,professional counterparts,etc.Conclusion It is popular to carry out the training on nursing staff providing for the aged in fresh graduate with nursing speciahy,however, graduates who have obtained the qualifications of the nursing staff have not selected the employment of the professional pension institutions as the first choice.Thus,trainers should pay attention to the selecting the training personnel and training methods, and the government and employers should formulate corresponding measures to guide employment.
