摘要 为加强高速铁路车载地震装置设备管理,在线掌握设备状况,方便设备维护维修,基于车载地震装置在线远程监测、在线远程检测和在线远程维护等方面的需求分析,阐述车载地震装置在线管理系统构成,研究定位信息、设备状态信息、紧急处置信息、车地数据传输信息等远程监测功能,制动控制测试、场景测试、出入库检测等远程检测功能,以及数据下载及数据管理等远程维护功能,提出车载地震装置在线管理系统方案,通过建立统一的设备管理数据库,提高设备管理效率。 In order to strengthen the management of on-board earthquake emergency treatment devices,grasp the on-line equipment status and be convenient to maintain equipment,on the basis of analyzing the demands of on-board earthquake emergency treatment devices from the aspects of online remote monitoring,on-line remote inspection and on-line remote maintenance,this paper expounds the device compositions of on-line management system,and studies the remote monitoring functions(positioning information,equipment status information,emergency treatment information and trainground data transmission information),the remote inspection functions(brake control test,scenario test and warehouse entry and exit inspection) and the remote maintenance functions(data download and data management).The paper also puts forward a program of on-line management system of onboard earthquake emergency treatment device,and this program will increase equipment management efficiency through establishing a unified equipment management database.
