分类回归树在军人心理健康测评中的应用

Application of Classification and Regression Tree in Evaluation of Mental Health of Military Personnel

目的分析影响军人心理健康的主要症状,为部队开展心理健康教育的规划和决策提供科学有效的依据,使部队的心理辅导工作更有针对性。方法对2014-09月前入伍的1300名现役军人心理测评数据应用分类回归树(classification and regression tree,CART)方法,运用R语言实现并建立军人心理健康评估分类回归树模型。结果焦虑和精神病性是影响军人心理健康的关键因子,所得模型能对军人心理健康状况进行正确分类。结论开展心理辅导和咨询工作时,应重点关注焦虑和精神病性方面的状况。

Objective To analyze the main symptoms affected by military mental health, provide an effective meth- od for the army to develop mental health education, and give more targeted psychological guidance. Methods The psy- chological evaluation data of 1300 enlisted man enlisted before September 2014 were established the classification and re- gression tree （CART） model for military mental health evaluation by CART method and R language. Results Anxiety and mental illness were the key factors of military mental health. All model were fit to correctly classify the situation of military mental health. Conclusion More attention should be paid to anxiety and mental illness while carrying out psycho- logical counseling.
