摘要 对于批量生产的转子系统各个部件,处于同一圆度,但由于部件个体的微观差异,必然导致处于同一圆度误差的转子系统各动静态特性各不相同。基于统计学原理,找出处于同一圆度误差转子系统的上下极限,并判断圆度误差处于该区间的概率是否满足机械正常要求。然后,分析滑动轴承系统动态特性的区间概率,并与无误差情况下进行比对,发现圆度误差对系统动态特性的影响处于某个区间内,且特性敏感程度不一。为滑动轴承系统的误差设计提供理论依据。 For batch production of parts in rotor system,at the same roundness,but due to the microscopic differences between individual components,so lead to in the same roundness error of the rotor system dynamic and static characteristics of each are not identical. Based on statistics theory,and find out the upper and lower limits of the same roundness error of the rotor system,and estimate the probability of roundness error in the area,whether meet the requirements of mechanical normal. Then,analyze the dynamic characteristics of sliding bearing system in the area,and compare the normal,it finds that the impact of the roundness error on the system dynamic characteristics in a certain range,and characteristics are different. As to provide theoretical basis for the error of the sliding bearing system design.
