基于PLC的煤矿运输控制系统设计

摘要 针对目前煤矿传送机提高安全性、降低故障率的要求,以及能够实现远程监控的情况,设计了煤矿皮带智能控制系统,该系统主要由PLC、DTU、触摸屏、上位机等组成,能够检测皮带运行时的各种参数,并通过GPRS无线网络远程传输到监控中心,对设备进行实时监控,能通过短信的方式实现远程报警,实现无人值守。实践证明,本设计管理方便,故障率低、生产效率得到了极大的提高。 In this paper,based on the current situation of coal mine production transportation,design of coal mine belt intelligent control system,mainly composed of PLC,DTU,touch screen,and other components of the upper machine,PLC as the controller of this system to detect the various parameters of the coal mine belt to the appropriate equipment to control and remote transmission to the monitoring center through GPRS wireless network,realtime monitoring of equipment,and can realize the remote alarm through text messages and convenient management,low failure rate,high production efficiency. This system using the control system based on kingview software construction to create sets the host interface,to monitor the whole system.
