摘要
二通插装阀、集成块和充液阀作为砖压机中液压系统中重要基础元件。插装阀阀芯的运动特性、集成块内部孔道能量损失和充液阀通流能力直接关系到砖压机能量损耗、快速性和稳定性。因此,对阀口与孔道的通流能力提出更高的要求。分析了插装阀、充液阀、集成块国内外研究现状及其研究方法,展望阀口与孔道的研究方向和待解决的问题。
Two-way cartridge valve,liquid valve and integrated block is important element in ceramic tile press hydraulic system. Movement characteristics of two-way cartridge valve core,liquid flow ability of prefill valve and energy loss of manifold blocks internal channel directly affect the energy consumption,rapidity and stability of ceramic tile press. Therefore,we put forward the higher requirement to the flow ability of valve port and channel. This paper mainly analyzes the home and abroad research status and methods about the cartridge valve,prefill valve and manifold blocks. And then we look forward to the research direction and the problems to be solved of valve port and channel.
