摘要
利用有限元法,对某电厂一台高压加热器的球壳接管结构进行了极限载荷分析。采用理想弹塑性材料模型,基于小变形假设,通过弹塑性增量有限元分析,得到了球壳接管结构的塑性极限载荷。最后,根据JB4732标准对该结构进行评定。结果表明,该球壳接管结构满足强度要求。
In this paper,limit load analysis method based on FEA is used for a nozzle of a high pressure heater.Limit load of the nozzle is obtained by FEA,based on elastic-perfectly plastic and the assumption of small deformation. Finally,the intensity of the nozzle is checked based on JB4732. The result shows that the nozzle meet the requirement of intensity.
