摘要
螺纹联接是发动机装配过程中广泛采用的一种方法,为了确保装配质量,必须对螺纹联接的拧紧工艺予以严格监控,一旦螺纹失效,尤其是发动机关键螺栓,如缸体缸盖连接螺栓、连杆螺栓、主轴承盖螺栓达到屈服极限而发生螺纹断裂等问题,将造成严重的后果。通过对主轴承盖螺栓工艺分析,基于机械设计螺栓屈服极限计算。
Thread connection is widely used in the engine assembly process as a method. The process of the screw connection must be strictly monitored in order to ensure the quality of assembly. Once the thread failure,especially critical engine bolts,such as cylinder head bolts,connecting rod bolt,main bearing cap bolts reach the yield limit will cause thread breakage and other issues,which will have serious consequences. This article through the main bearing cap bolts process analysis,based on yield limit calculations root in the mechanical design,provides a reference for the main bearing cap bolts dynamic torque limit setting in the actual production process.
