摘要 从目前来看,各个行业生产以及日常生活都不能缺少煤炭资源作为保障。与之相应的采煤技术也在逐步完善。煤矿皮带机构成了不可缺少的井下采煤设备。如果不加改进很可能消耗过多的机械能源。针对煤矿皮带机运用变频节能,通过增加变频器等措施来实现全方位的皮带机节能改造。在明确变频节能的基本特征及其技术优势的基础上,结合皮带机在煤矿生产中的运行现状,探求变频器节能的改进措施。 From the current point of view,the production of various industries and daily life can not be lack of coal resources as a guarantee. Accordingly,the coal mining technology is gradually improved. The coal mine belt conveyor is an indispensable underground coal mining equipment. If not improved,it is likely to consume too much mechanical energy. In view of the coal mine belt conveyor using frequency conversion energy saving,by increasing the frequency converter and other measures to achieve a full range of energy-saving belt reconstruction.On the basis of defining the basic characteristics and technical advantages of frequency conversion energy saving,and combining the operation status of belt conveyor in the coal mine production,the improvement measures of inverter energy saving are explored.
