摘要
以SX-LY型号汽车散热器为实验载体,在50%乙二醇水溶液中掺入0.025wt%、0.1wt%质量比的三维多级孔石墨烯纳米粒子配置成混合纳米流体,通过实验研究新型纳米冷却液对汽车散热器冷却性能的影响。结果表明:添加三维石墨烯纳米粒子能极大提高基液的传热性能,且随着纳米粒子质量浓度的升高,流体传热特性加强;入口温度、流速也影响着冷却液传热性能,随着入口温度、流速的升高,换热量与传热系数均增大。
Based on SX-LY type automobile radiator as the experimental carrier,The three-dimensional hierarchical porous graphene nanoparticles with the mass fraction of 0.025wt%,0.1wt% were added to 50% ethylene glycol aqueous solution,which formedmixed nanofluid. The effect of the new type of nano cooling liquidon the cooling performance of automobile radiator was studied through experimental. The results showed that the addition of three-dimensional graphene nanoparticles can greatly improve the heat transfer performance of the base fluid. And with the increase of mass concentration of nanoparticles, the fluid heat transfer characteristics of graphene strengthen;Entrance temperature and velocity also affect the heat transfer performance of the cooling liquid,with the increase of the entrance temperature,flow rate,the heat transfer and heat transfer coefficient increased.
