摘要
本公司开发的大功率发动机机油泵在进行耐久试验过程中,机油泵高压腔侧的泵体部位表面发生材料脱落,出现气蚀坑的现象。为此,采取在高压腔出现气蚀的位置,增加卸荷槽的方案,并进行了试验验证,成功解决了气蚀问题。
In durability test of oil pump,the spalling damage were found on the pump body's surfaceon high pressure chamber side of the oil pump which was applied to the latest developmental high power engine,which is the cavitation phenomenon. In this thesis,In order to be against with cavitation,a unload groove is added on the area where has the caviation,then the test validation is taken,cavitaion issues was successfully resolved.
