摘要
有源钳位型三电平逆变器可以实现功率器件损耗的平衡分布,均衡功率器件结温,间接提高逆变器的容量。特定谐波消除法具有波形质量高、开关损耗低的特点。本文提出了一种有源钳位型三电平逆变器的特定谐波消除调制方法,能够同时兼顾输出电压波形质量、开关器件的损耗和结温的均衡分布,在保证输出电压谐波特性的前提下降低逆变器开关频率,提高逆变器的设备容量。对所提出调制策略进行了损耗和结温的仿真分析,并在实验平台上进行了实验验证,仿真和实验结果验证了本文调制策略的有效性。
The three-level active neutral point clamped inverter can control the loss distribution of power devices,balancing power device junction temperature,which is helpful to improve the capacity of the inverter. The selected harmonic eliminations method has high waveform quality and low switching loss characteristics. This paper proposes a kind of modulation strategy of three-level ANPC inverter,which can realize high waveform quality and the balance of the switching devices and the equilibrium distribution of junction temperature. The strategy is helpful to achieve lower switching frequency and improve the equipment capacity of the inverter. The modulation strategy is validated by simulation and experimental results.
