摘要 富含半胱氨酸肠蛋白(cysteine-rich intestinal protein,CRIP)是LIM蛋白家族中的一员,与锌离子的转运、机体的免疫防御以及肿瘤的发生等多种生理过程相关.本文对CRIP蛋白的特性和功能的研究进展进行了概述,以期为下一阶段研究工作提供一些具有参考价值的依据. Cysteine-rich intestinal proteins (CRIP) are members of the LIM-protein family, which have been demonstrated to be related with multiple biological functions, such as zinc transportation, immune defense and tumorigenesis. This article reviewed the characteristics and functions of CRIPs to provide beneficial information for further investigation.
