低聚木糖对肉鸡屠宰性能、器官指数和血清生化指标的影响 被引量:8

Effects of Xylooligosaccharide on Slaughter Performance,Organ Indexes and Serum Biochemical Parameters of Broilers

摘要 目的:研究添加低聚木糖对肉鸡屠宰性能、器官指数和血清生化指标的影响。方法:选取体重相近、健康的1日龄AA肉仔鸡216只,随机分成3组,每组3个重复,每个重复24只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组A和B分别在基础日粮中添加0.02%、0.025%低聚木糖,试验期42 d。结果:低聚木糖对21和42日龄肉鸡的屠宰性能无显著影响(P>0.05);对21日龄肉鸡胸腺指数有显著影响,其中试验组A的胸腺指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但对21和42日龄其他器官指数无显著影响(P>0.05);对21日龄肉鸡血清谷草转氨酶和甘油三酯有显著影响,其中试验组A、B的血清谷草转氨酶活性显著低于对照组(P<0.05),试验组B的血清甘油三酯含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但对21和42日龄其他血清生化指标无显著影响(P>0.05)。结论:添加0.02%低聚木糖对肉鸡早期的部分免疫器官指数和血清生化指标有一定改善作用。 Objective: This experiment was to investigate the effects of xylooligosaccharide on slaughter performance,organ indexes and serum biochemical parameters of broilers. Methods: Two hundred and sixteen healthy 1-day-old AA broilers with the same weight were randomly divided into 3 groups,with 3 replicates per group and 24 chicks per replicate. The control group was fed with a basal diet,and the experimental group A and B were fed with the basal diet supplemented with 0. 02 % and 0. 025 % xylooligosaccharide,respectively. The experiment period was 42 days. Results: There were no significant effects of xylooligosaccharide on slaughter performance of 21 and 42-day-old broilers( P〈0. 05). There was a significant effect on the thymus index of 21-day-old broilers,and the thymus index of the experimental group A was significantly higher than that of the control group( P〈0. 05),but no significant effects on other organ indexes at 21 and 42 days of age( P〈0. 05). There were significant effects on the serum aspartate transaminase and triglyceride of 21-dayold broilers,and the activity of serum aspartate transaminase in the experimental group A and B was significantly lower than that of the control group( P〈0. 05),and the content of serum triglyceride in the experimental group B was significantly higher than that of the control group( P〈0. 05),but no significant effects on other serum biochemical indexes at 21 and 42 days of age( P〉0. 05). Conclusion: The experiment indicated that supplementation of0. 02 % xylooligosaccharide could improve partial immune organ indexes and serum biochemical indexes in the early stage of broilers.
