摘要
目的:研究猫爪草石油醚提取物对多药耐药结核杆菌的抑制作用。方法:以猫爪草的石油醚提取有效部位,观察药物对多药耐药菌株细胞外、细胞内生长的抑制作用,采用试剂盒测定感染结核菌的巨噬细胞TNF-α的表达水平。结果:猫爪草石油醚提取物能够显著抑制多药耐药结核菌株细胞外、细胞内的生长,并增加感染的巨噬细胞TNF-α的表达水平。结论:猫爪草石油醚提取物对多药耐药结核分枝杆菌的生长具有显著的抑制作用。
Objective: To study the inhibitory effect of petroleum ether extracts from Radix ranunculus on multidrug-resistant mycobacterium tuberculosis. Methods: The effective fraction of Radix ranunculus extracted by petroleum ether was used to study inhibitory effect of the extracts on extracellular and intracellular growth of multidrug-resistant mycobacterium tuberculosis in vitro. The levels of TNF-α in mycobacterium tuberculosis infected macrophages were detected by analytical test kits. Results: The extracts could significantly inhibit the extracellular and intracellular growth of multidrug-resistant mycobacterium tuberculosis,and increased levels of TNF-α in mycobacterium tuberculosis infected macrophages. Conclusion: The results suggested that petroleum ether extracts from Radix ranunculus has significantly inhibitory effect on the activities of anti-multidrug resistant mycobacterium tuberculosis substance.
