安脑丸辅助西医常规治疗老年高血压眩晕对血管内皮细胞功能、血液流变学及血流动力学的影响

Effects of normal therapy assisted with Annao pill on endothelial function,hemorheology and hemodynamics in elderly patients with hypertension with vertigo

目的观察安脑丸辅助西医常规治疗对老年高血压眩晕患者血管内皮细胞功能、血液流变学及血流动力学的影响。方法将105例老年高血压眩晕患者随机分为观察组53例和对照组52例,对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用安脑丸治疗,2组均连续治疗8周。记录2组治疗前后血压、颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)、欧洲眩晕评价量表(EEV)评分、中医症状积分的变化情况;检测2组治疗前后血清ET-1、NO水平及血液流变学和血流动力学相关指标。结果 2组治疗后收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、IMT、EEV评分、中医症状积分、血液流变学指标及椎动脉、基底动脉收缩期流速峰值、舒张末期流速及血管搏动指数均有显著改善(P均<0.05),且观察组的改善情况优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论安脑丸辅助西医常规治疗能够显著改善老年高血压眩晕患者的血管内皮细胞功能,降低患者血液黏稠度,改善椎-基动脉供血,且安全可靠,值得临床推荐。

Objective It is to observe the effects of normal therapy assisted with Annao pill on endothelial function, hemorheology and hemodynamies in elderly patients with hypertension with vertigo. Methods 105 cases of senile hypertension patients with vertigo were randomly divided into observation group （ n = 53） and control group （ n = 52）. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment, the observation group was added with Annao pills on the basis of treatment in control group, both groups were treated for 8 weeks. The changes of blood pressure, carotid intima media thickness （IMT） , European vertigo evaluation scale （EEV） scores and scores of TCM symptom before and after treatment were recorded in both groups, the related indicators of hemorheology and hemodynamics and levels of serum ET - 1, NO were detected before and after treatment in the two groups. Results After treatment systolic blood pressure （ SBP）, diastolic blood pressure （ DBP）, IMT, EEV scores and TCM symptom scores, hemorheology indexes, systolic peak velocity, end-diastolic velocity of vertebral artery and basilar artery, and vascular index were improved significantly in both groups, and the improvements of the observation group were better than that of control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Normal therapy assisted with Annao pill can significantly improve endothelial function, reduce blood viscosity, improve the blood supply of vertebrobasilar artery with safety and reliability in the treatment of senile hypertension with vertigo, it is worthy of clinical recommendation.
