弯曲管道内气相爆轰传播特性实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 对乙烯-空气爆轰波在弯曲管道内的传播特性进行了实验研究,利用不锈钢弧形管和螺旋管,分析比较不同弯管对乙烯-空气爆轰波传播特性的影响。结果表明:可燃气体爆轰波在弧形管道内传播时,波速逐渐降低,且波速弯曲通道的管径越小,曲率半径越小,爆轰传播速度下降的越快。可燃气体爆轰压力在螺旋形弯管中传播时不断衰减降低,且螺旋管螺距越小,曲率半径越小,压力亏损越明显。 Experiments on the propagation characteristics of C2H4/Air mixture detonation wave in the curved pipes are carried out.Different stainless steel arc shape tubes and spiral tubes are used to investigate the factors influencing the propagation characteristics of C2H4/Air mixture detonation wave.And the experimental results show that when the detonation waves of C2H4/Air mixture propagate in curved pipes,the detonation velocity is decreased gradually.And the smaller the diameter of the velocity arc tube is,the smaller the radius of curvature is and the faster the detonation propagation rate drops.The detonation pressure of C2H4/Air mixture continues to drop during its propagation in the spiral curved pipes.And the smaller the screw pitch is,the smaller the radius of curvature and the more obvious the pressure loss is.
