催化裂化装置Pd型脱氮助燃剂的应用 被引量:3

摘要 介绍了催化裂化Pd型脱氮助燃剂在中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司催化裂化装置的工业应用情况。在进料性质、烟气氧含量等参数变化不大的情况下,烟气中NOx平均含量由空白标定的269.9 mg/m^3降到180.9 mg/m^3,脱除率达到33%,说明Pd型脱氮助燃剂起到了较好的降低烟气中NOx含量的作用,且对催化裂化两器操作、催化剂性质和产品分布等均无不良影响,再生器未出现流化异常和尾燃等问题,烟气排放达到石油炼制工业污染物排放标准。 This paper introduces the commercial application of Pd denitration combustion-supporting agent in the catalytic cracking unit of Sinopec Luoyang Company.Under the conditions of little changes in parameters for feed properties and oxygen content of flue gas,the average content of NOx in the flue gas dropped to 180.9 mg/m^3from the blank standardization of 269.9 mg/m^3and the denitration rate reached 33%.The results suggest that the Pd denitration combustion-supporting agent is effective in reducing the concentration of NOx in flue gas.Besides,the agent has no adverse effects on the catalytic cracking reactor and regenerator operation,catalyst properties and product distribution.There are also no abnormal fluidization and after burning in the regeneration system.The FCC flue gas emissions meet the pollutant discharge standards for oil refining industry.
