以信息技术带动行车安全装备的系统配套是确保行车安全的一个重要课题。建设沪宁线安全监控示范线,旨在探索建立我国铁路行车安全监控系统的模式。提出建立行车安全监控“闭环控制”模式,并以此为理念提出建立沪宁线行车安全实时控制系统的设想。

Systematic configuration of the train operation safety equipment promoted by the information technology is a key topic of ensuring the train operation safety. The purpose of building the Shanghai-Nanjing safety supervision demo line is to find an appropriate Chinese railway train operation safety supervision and control system. The paper proposes a 'closed-loop control' mode of train operation safety. Hereon it further presents its views about the establishment of the train operation safety and realtime control system on Shanghai-Nanjing line.
