合成氨装置增产提效改造措施

Retrofit measures to increase yield and benefit in synthetic ammonia plant

山东恒昌聚材化工科技股份有限公司为了解决甲醇弛放气制合成氨长期低负荷运行的问题,采取了补充LNG的措施使液氨产量得到提高。结果表明改造效果十分显著,不仅保证了合成氨装置正常运行,而且也产生了较好的经济效益。

Synthetic ammonia plant of Shandong Hengchang Jucai Chemical Technology Company, which uses methanol vent gas as raw material, is always under low load operation. To solve this problem, measures of adding LNG is adopted to increase yield of liquid ammonia. Results show that the retrofit not only guarantees normal operation of synthetic ammonia plant, but also obtains good economic benefits, which are remarkable.
