鲁奇加压气化废水处理技术发展及工程应用

Development and application of wastewater treatment technology of Lurgi pressurized gasification

本文简要介绍了鲁奇加压气化煤化工废水水质特点,并分析了该类废水的处理难点。目前国内鲁奇废水主要采用物化+生化+深度处理工艺,本文简要介绍了该类工艺的处理技术及近期出现的新型纳滤处理技术,并对两个典型的鲁奇加压气化煤化工废水处理工程进行了介绍。

This paper briefly introduces the characteristics of coal chemical waste water of Lurgi pressurized gasification, analyzes the difficulties in waste water treatment. At present, physical and chemical ＋ biochemical ＋ advanced treatment process technology is mainly adopted to treat Lurgi wastewater in china. This kind of process and the new nanofiltration treatment technology are briefly introduced. Two typical Lurgi pressurized gasification coal chemical wastewater treatment projects are also recommended.
